What You’re Going To Do
Being a Loan Manager, you will be the core of the lending department at our bank. The scope of your work will be:
- Leading and motivating a team of loan officers
- Examining and approving loans accurately and objectively
- Guaranteeing that all lending operations are in line with the company’s rules and regulations set by the authorities
- Explaining loan options to clients in an easy-to-understand and friendly manner
- Keeping an eye on the loan portfolios and payment schedules
- Participating in reports, documentation, and compliance activities
- Spotting the risk factors timely and getting rid of them by taking the required measures
- Working with other departments to achieve a seamless flow of work
- Encouraging and guiding your teammates so that they can surely meet their objectives
Skills and Qualifications
